Recently purchased a commercial property, a home that was converted to a commercial building. Allen's name was in the thermostat and unit, so I called them first when the air went out two weeks after we acquired the property. Despite Allen's having no problem plastering their name on both units, they refused to come out and service the unit even after multiple back and forth phone calls. Three calls later I finally found someone who could come out and assist, Elite HVAC, and they did so in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. I'll be using them and recommending them from here on out.
