This is my goto place for urgent care. Wait has never been too crazy and staff is always very friendly and doctor is thorough to think of and teat for anything the condition could be and provide care for you instruct us what to do ASAP if it was beyond their capabilities at their facility.

This is my favorite place to go when I need immediate care. I've never had a bad experience with this place!!! I know when I'm going to Urgent Care it's expedient service which means alot when your sick you don't want to wait. The staff from the front desk to the Dr. are always compassionate caring and kind!!!! I highly recommend Urgent Care!!!!

I needed to visit Baptist Health urgent care on Ring Rd. this morning and I was extremely pleased with the care I received. Bambi was my provider, Julie was my RN and Charity was my CMA. From my experience checking in to receiving my prescription was seamless and efficient. The staff was caring, informative, and professional. I truly felt that each one of them worked hard to help me receive the care I needed. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.
