B-Fit meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go with your fitness. B-Fit is a gym for people who don't like gyms but want to be the best that they can be. First off the environment at B-Fit is one of camaraderie and respect, the trainers and even patrons of this gym genuinely care to see you succeed and be your best self. I haven't consistently worked out in about 12 years. I tried a few local gyms here and there, and just never really liked going. I signed up for a summer bootcamp special at BiFIT and love it! The trainers are awesome! The workouts are perfect for all levels of fitness and you work up to more of a challenge. There is absolutely no judgement here, only encouragement and teaching. If you have been reluctant to try yet another gym membership, don't be with this one! Its worth it!
