They said they would be here between 10 and 12. Zach was here before 10:30 and had my problem corrected by 11. He showed me what the issue was. And he was kind & courteous which means so much in today's world.

Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician did not try to sell me a new system but simply repaired it under our home warranty. He let us know this was a temporary fix but the air conditioner should make it through this summer. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely purchase a new air conditioner from this company when the time comes.

Follow-up: Our system unfortunately didn’t make it through the summer but based on our initial visit, we immediately called Air Support to install our new unit.
