I attempted to get an appointment and the lady that answered was rude and extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I asked if they had availability today, Saturday and Monday and she said no. I asked if she had anything other days and she said no. Didn’t offer to get us scheduled on a future day. Terrible service.

This place is not in the location listed on here. Additionally they were not open when they said they were. Wasted a bunch of time trying to find the correct location only for it to be closed.

I have been going to heritage barbershop for the last 5 mo and they are pretty good at their jobs. There are two men and a woman cutting hair and I have sat in each of their chairs at one time or another over the last 5 months and they have always don't a good job. The young man there does the best fade though. Would have given them 5 stars but they don't use a razor on the bottom of a fade or your neck.
