“I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Braxton for 5/3/24. The price was very affordable, and I received quality service and excellent cleaning! It was easy to set up the appointment. They have a really detailed website that gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Mike and Josh came the next day. After I confirmed with the company that I was at the residence, they anrrived early, which was great. They cleaned 3 rooms. Both men were professional, paid attention to details, and hard-working. They showed me an unusual stain that I wasn’t aware of. The carpeting looks amazing! I highly recommend this company because they checked all the boxes for excellence: they showed up, they were timely, did a quality job, both workers were professional, there was no pressure to buy additional services.“

“I bought a dress for my cousin's wedding, and when I got home I noticed some kind of grease stain. I really wanted to wear it, and it was the only one in my size. I took it in to Atlas, and the woman was honest with me that she couldn't guarantee she could get it out due to the fragility of the fabric and the mysterious stain. I thought it was worth a shot. To my surprise, not only did they get the stain out, it was ready for pickup less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. It was only $14! My fiance just got his work uniform tailored there too, and they did amazing. Highly recommend!!“

“My cleaner Josh Lee went above and beyond he cleaned both of my couches while I wasn’t home. I left him there to drop off my mom at work came back an hour later he was still going strong cleaning. Walked through my apartment rooms sprayed it with air freshener smells like a brand new apartment I recommend everybody to ask for Josh if you use these services. “There has clearly been a change in cleaning techs or something. This dry cleaner used to provide excellent service! My clothes were always expertly cleaned. When I recently picked up my clothes the majority of the garments were still dirty, just pressed. I requested a "re-do" for the pieces I didn't need immediately. After picking up the "re-do" batch I discovered a hot pink perfectly formed circle of ink, stamped on my white shorts! I have left them a voicemail and I will post another review after we resolve this.As promised, here is my update. Today I received a call from the manager, Debbie! She expressed genuine concern and delivered professional customer service. I understand that things can happen. So honest acknowledgement and reasonable explanations are much appreciated! She even assisted me with the claims form. Kudos to you Debbie and thank you for a job well done??.“
