We purchased our home from Arlinghaus Builders in Dec. 2020, it had just finished construction. We met with Ted Arlinghaus for a walkthrough and he was very straightforward and friendly. The home is under warranty and for the first year we went through Arlinghaus Builders directly for any claims. Being a brand new home little issues will pop up here and there. The few times we had to call them they were always very accommodating and helpful, they would have someone out within a day or two to address the problem and always fixed it to our satisfaction.
