I give Hometown Heating and Cooling my highest rating 5+ stars. I had an ac unit go down while I had my entire family staying in my house on vacation. Of course it was 95 that day. I contacted them and they had someone out to me that morning and had my unit running again. I can’t ask for better service than that. They have earned a lifetime customer.
They have always been great to us. I order flowers for my mom on holidays when I can’t be present and she’s never been disappointed. Pricing is good and quality is better!
I can’t remember the names of the men who came out and helped with our very old a/c unit on Lake Barkley, but they were professional and solved our issues long enough for us to upgrade and fix our situation. Fair enough on the small fee for coming out and troubleshooting and getting us out of a jam!
