If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot say enough good things about All Pro. Joe and his staff are wonderful! I live in Louisville, KY, and Joe and his staff helped me with a family member's issue in their area which is 3-4 hours away. He was always accessible by phone and even let me call him after hours to discuss the issue. Our issue was a gas leak, and those repairs can be expensive. He provided information regarding insurance we could purchase after the repair in case we have any other issues. He stood by the price he quoted even when they had to return to fix an additional issue and was even willing to clean out a bird's nest from the hot water vent.... read full review

We've had them come out for a few projects and plan to keep calling on them in the future. They have reasonable pricing and they stand by their work. We had an old pipe freeze that had been missed when they did an overhaul on the plumbing for my house. They responded quickly and made the repair at no charge.

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. Called them on Friday, and they showed up Saturday morning to replace my water heater. They had it done in no time. I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing needs.
