After purchasing a new home in October, our furnace was working very poorly through the winter. I called Howe Heating & Cooling for some routine maintenance to hopefully improve heating for our house. Howe made it out the next day. Greg was extremely professional and made it a priority to clearly communicate with me at every opportunity. He quickly identified that our 20 year old furnace had some major safety issues and needed to be replaced immediately, showing me pictures and clearly communicating what was going on. Very professional. Documentation of the problem and what they did to fix it is fantastic and available online immediately following the service call. The ability to pay online is very convenient. I don't use anyone else for my home or my rental properties.
The install went great! Beautiful unit, heat works great, don't know about the a/c yet. You might want to instruct your guys to clean their muddy footprints when they finish the job.
