Finally I got connected with Colin of Puroclean and he was able to get people out same day and ultimately got my basement put back together. If I ever have water damage again, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mitigation and restoration.“

They were able to start the work quickly and I was here with them everyday while they were working and they were all so friendly and kind and took such good care of my things and were very particular about how they did things to assure my house would go back to its original state! The thing I enjoyed the most about them was just how friendly they were! One of the men here cleaning had had some serious burns in his life and he was so good at making me feel better about my burns and assuring me that I would be ok the woman that was here cleaning with him was a hoot and she was so nice to be around I’m actually going to miss them! The two men that they had in here painting were also so nice and man did they paint fast and didn’t seem to mind that I was here with them they talked and was patient with me needing to slip into the kitchen or didn’t mind if I had to just sit and stare at them at times and by the end of the time being here I feel like I know so much about them! The owner of the company was awesome to work with he kept me informed on the process and when people were going to be in and out of here he always had an amazing upbeat attitude and made sure the keep checking in and that I was happy with everything that was being done! “I had a significant amount of water damage a couple months ago in my basement that I discovered over the weekend around 9-10pmI called Dry Effect right away and received a call back within 5-10 minutes. They offered to come out within the hour but I had them come the next morning after fixing my water pressure regulator. They got everything cleaned and carpet removed over a few days and were extremely helpful with the whole process and dealing with insurance. Anytime I called having a question I would get an answer or call back within an hour. The final price ended up being a good less than originally quoted. All of their employees who came out were friendly and mindful of working through my house. Great company and great people! I would definitely recommend“

“Nothing says "good morning" like a belt sander grinding outside your bedroom wall. Fortunately, American Façade makes construction as tolerable as possible. My landlord hired American Façade to rehabilitate the exterior of the 140 year old building I live in. To the naked eye, the brickwork is in great antique condition, but the restoration company saw some weaknesses in the structure. For two weeks, they toiled away grinding, patching, and sealing up two façades. What's more impressive, during the two weeks temperatures teetered between 95º and 104º, plus the workers were suspended from a rooftop lift (like window washers.) Late one afternoon, I hear a rapping at my window. The contractor wanted to chat. Since I was one of the few tenants home at the time, he asked if I noticed any water damage around the exterior walls. So far, we've been dry through typhoon season, but I pointed out places that may have presented a problem before we moved in. I also asked if they could check out a window that was stuck. "Sure! No problem," the man replied. As noisy as masonry work can be, American Façade does a thorough job and communicated well with both residents and the landlord. Plus they went the extra mile for my window.“
