Town & Country Animal Clinic is known for its friendly and caring staff, who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of animals. The facility is clean, and they offer reasonable prices. One client, new to Kentucky, appreciated the emergency services provided by Dr. Katie Jackson and her assistant on a weekend, even though they were not yet established clients. High praise is given for their knowledge, calm demeanor, and skill with animals. Overall, the clinic provides excellent care and service, making it a top choice for animal owners.
The staff is very caring and loving. We take most of our animals there and they are always great to work with. We really appreciate their efforts and working with our crazy schedule. We recently had to put our 16 year old cat to sleep and they we very professional and compassionate. Special thanks to Dr. Katie McCurdy and Amy Hemdren who helped us through a very difficult time. They really care about their clients and their pets. Highly recommended. A+
I highly recommend them for your beloved pets. The veterinarians are not only super knowledgeable, but they are also kind, thorough, and organized. I feel so much more at ease now that Dr. Thacker examined my horse and gave him the all clear!
Dr. Jones is hands down the best vet I've been to all 10 years with my boy Levi! I wish we lived here so we could continue to see him. My boy has suffered from allergies his whole life. Dr. Jones has made it so easy to be able to call in his allergy meds to come and pick up. Thank you for the ladies behind the desk as well as the vet techs working. Your hard work does make a difference. 🫶🏼🐶
