The best experience ever at a dentist office! The visit was very personal and thorough. The office uses lots of technology to make sure they stay ahead of your dental hygiene. They make great suggestions to help get ahead of anything going on. Rachel was an amazing hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything she was doing in detail. Dr Kerns was very personable. The rest of the staff I encountered was also very nice. Also the playlist was great.
I was so nervous about today's visit to Primo Smiles, but it went fantastic! Paige put me at ease & told me everything that would happen. She supplied music & some awesome shades ? & just made the visit go by faster. Believe Casey when she tells you that they will take care of you & it will be ok. Many thanks to all of you❤️
My visit to Primo Smiles was as usual excellent. Went in to have a new cap put on. The fit seems perfect. Also asked about being measured for a mouth guard. I had a list of dentist that I got from the sleep specialist that my medical insurance would pay. Chrissy took extra time to recommend a dentist from that list and even did the scheduling for the appointment.
That’s service above and beyond.
