I've been a customer for at least 15 years. The customer service I receive from this branch is always TOP NOTCH. Always friendly, always professional and always quick to meet my needs when I'm in need of a loan. Best part, they make it extremely easy with the process of getting a loan. I'm an extremely busy professional myself. And when it comes to dealing with everyday situations that arise.....the easier the better for me. When I started business with this branch I only lived 20 mins away. 14 years later I live over an hour away and will still travel or only call this branch because of their customer service. Being in college with bad eyes means my glasses are very important to me. I had to work late the day I could go, I came in 30 minutes till they closed and Bruce still took me, and took his time through every process. Never rushed me once and actually gave me advice on the glasses and how they fit me. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement, one of the reason I will continue to choose Walmart for my glasses needs.

This is a great lumber and hardware store, friendly employees and so far have had what i needed. Im from out of town and won't be moving to Cynthiana until spring of 2023 but its nice to buy from a family owned lumber store instead of the Lowes and Home Depots where you can't find anyone to help you. Everyone should give these folks as much business as possible because these family owned folks are becoming extinct. Thanks Poindexter for the great friendly service and I will buy all my materials from you on the weekends when im working on my retirement homestead.
Highly recommend! Not only did Madison do excellent work, but she was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a color combo/style. As someone who was in for their first experience with highlights and isn’t extremely knowledgeable in hair styles, I couldn’t have asked for a better or more accommodating person. I wanted to finally get a new look with thin brows and was very nervous about it:... showed Nikki photos and she did exactly that. I'm over the moon. Threading service was a total of $13.99. STOP GOOGLING & GET HERE
We used Hal's Flowers for my daughter's wedding at Ashford Acres Inn. They truly could not have done a better job of capturing the vision of the bride and groom. They were so easy to work with and the communication and ideas throughout the process made it a stress free item on the checklist! I can't say enough good thing about Josh and everyone there who helped put this together!!

Ashley is one of a kind! She fixed my hair when I thought it was destroyed! I went to Shear Magic last Friday 2/3/24 to treat myself for my birthday on Sunday 2/4/24. There was a girl /stylist there who needs to focus on the person in her chair rather than her phone. I understood she had doggie issues at home but she could have ask Ashley to take over. I was there from 12pm until 5:30pm and when I got in my car I just started crying. I know for a fact that 1 or 2 of the other stylists offered advice and 1 even helped try to fix her mistakes that day. So I toughed it out thru my birthday on Sunday and didn't go to work on Monday and on Tuesday I was so embarrassed because I had to go to work… as soon as they opened at 10am I called and Ashley answered. She knew why I was calling immediately and said she felt so sorry for me that she was going thru the appointment book trying to find my # so she could call and get me back in to fix it. She worked for almost 2 hours fixing my hair. Its a lot shorter than I wanted it but she done everything she could to fix it. Not only did she apologize profusely and fix my hair but she refunded every penny of my money and wouldn’t even take a tip. She is the true meaning of a business owner who takes care of her client’s! She was so thankful that I called to get it fixed rather than blasting her shop on social media! Im sorry for the long review but Ashley you are one of a kind! You’ve got my business! I appreciate you so much!
