The service department went above and beyond for my wife and I. We are traveling from Michigan to Florida. Stopped in Dry Ridge KY for the night, went to leave the hotel the next morning to continue on our trip, and our Grand Cherokee started and ran awfully. Immediately called Marshall (closest to our hotel). Talked to Nate, a service writer, and he promptly told me he would be happy to help as best he and the dealership can, but being Saturday, their hours are shorter, and mostly focus on oil changes. Regardless, we limped our jeep there, and they went to work. They made us a priority, and we definitely noticed. I wish I caught the technicians name that worked on our gc, because he deserves credit in this too. This dealers service department literally saved our vacation, and alot of money. I will be reaching out to Chrysler to let them know how well we were treated there! This literally all happened this morning, and as I write this, we have made it to southern Georgia, and wouldn't have without this dealer.
I had a great experience negotiating an out-of-state buy with Marshall Auto Group via phone/internet. They were understanding of the situation; that it would be long day to fly in from out-of-state and have a longer drive home in a new vehicle, and were willing to work with me on a fair price-- even sending someone to the nearby airport to pick me up. When the flight was delayed, the customer service team was responsive over text, to make sure my ride was available when I needed it. Financing options were great -- Toyota/Marshall somehow offered a better than I could get from an asset-backed HELOC even. Can't speak to service, only new car sales. Marshall had the van my wife wanted, so we drove a couple hours into the country to see it. Pretty quickly we decided we wanted to buy it. I had done some homework, so I wasn't completely unprepared. This was the quickest, smoothest, most transparent new car sale I can remember. Tina took great care of us, showing us the car and letting us drive it. Her sales manager understood my concern over the numbers and pretty quickly made them work--including a superb financing deal that even he was surprised at, which meant I didn't have to find it on my own. Then we got to the finance office right away, and that was VERY quick and painless. The car was right, they made the numbers right, they did the final paperwork right, and finance had us in and out in a few minutes. Full transparency and no funny business. You can't ask for more. This is my first Chrysler ever, and if I were going to buy another I'd head to Marshall because I know it would be a painless experience.
