They kept us updated at every step, their doctors explained what was going on with the best assurances and when his recovery was taking longer than expected, they let us come see him for a couple hours. They saved our cat's life and then went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that his follow up care prevented this from happening again - we'll never go anywhere else! He is my Bash's groomer and does an awesome job.We have been with Joel since Bash was a pup and now 2yrs. old.Bash is a spoiled Goldendoodle and Joel maintains him beautifully.He is pretty much on a routine twenty-eight day grooming schedule.Bash has a little "separation anxiety" but Joel knows how to soothe and calm him.He relaxes and walks him back.“

“We've seen multiple doctors for our different cats and they've all been amazing. The techs and reception staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to be seen even though our appointment was dropped from the schedule. I know that can be frustrating trying to make the extra time, but we never felt like the care was rushed or anything other than stellar.“
