About five years ago I first called Dr. P's to fix our broken down HVAC system. The experience with Peter was positive and I remembered to call them back when the system broke down again five years later. Technician Justin came out and diagnosed the issue. He presented various options to us. The system is over 22 years old and we decided to purchase a new system. The system works great. They even came out on short notice (even on Sunday) to help dial in the system when a minor issue came up. We've been with Peter and his team since 2021. I love to support local businesses. What I love about them is that they're thorough, professional, friendly, and their prices reasonable. Justin (incredibly knowledgeable) was my technician today and he was awesome! So much so that I requested him for next year and I even signed a service agreement which I've never done before.
David rocks, he went out of his way to try and diagnose my AC issue along with providing the BEST relief possible in the mean time from this sudden heat wave. He hooked up a portable AC unit until the root cause could be thoroughly investigated. The call center was also awesome with communication.
Editing a lil late - but I wanted to follow up that the issue was diagnosed and my AC has been working great! I’m so grateful for the service they provided. David and owner Peter were very helpful, thoughtful, respectful and honest. And their pricing was more than reasonable especially considering the extra time and effort they put in.
