Back in 2005, we decided to buy a house, in the process of being built, in LaGrange. We needed some changes and Colyer Const. was agreeable with all our needs. It was the best experience in home building my husband and I ever had of the 4 homes we’ve lived in. Super organized, on time, superb communication on up front costs with no surprises, and would fix and or replace any damage, not due to our negligence, for “whatever” for the first year. During the building process, we did most all communicating via phone and email due to us being in Utah. They never left us hanging for answers. Quality of a Colyer home is second to none. We wanted to send him to Utah to build our home there. 😉 We grew to love and respect the Colyer family due to their impeccable integrity and sincere honesty they lived by.
