I took out a loan for dental work (sending money directly to their office) that I never had done in 2020, I requested they return the money from the loan MULTIPLE TIMES and they have yet to do so! I am now getting calls, emails, text messages, and letters from outside collection company wanting payment. Of course I NEVER get any response from the office now
My first visit went very smooth, they went over everything and made me feel reassured and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially those who are in bad position financially, they will work with you!
nice people, but there was a lot of billing confusion and they were definitely trying to rip me off. tried to charge me $160 for two fillings and a deductible then after i decided to go to a different dentist the charges miraculously changed to $83.
