Can't say enough about the service we receive from RUSK! Our air condition went out at midnight in our home and our home quickly became a sawna. We called in the morning and RUSK answered the phone on a Saturday and was there within the hour! Their technician was outstanding extremely professional and our air was back on very quickly after he arrived at minimal cost to us! The home safety protection plan has served us well! We get reminders twice a year for service reminders both a postcard in the mail and a phone call. As busy home owners and parents, we love this! I just can't say enough. Service is unbeatable, technicians are down to earth and extremely professional. Very cost effective as well! We've had a number of things done, humidifier added and they stay until the job is done and we've never had to call them to come back! Thanks RUSK! We would recommend you to anyone!
