“EDITED REVIEW:When Cincy Gutter Boys became a part of Ned's Home, the job to repair my box gutter was lost in the transition. I spoke with a national representative post-transition who explained that my job had not only been lost, but that service was no longer offered, and all they could do was refer me to a different company.Obviously, this was very frustrating, as I had been waiting for three months for my box gutter to be repaired just to learn that they could not help and I had to start the process over. I left a negative review about my experience with Cincy Gutter Boys, and immediately local employees began reaching to explain what was happening internally and offer solutions.The local team did end up completing my project, as I had been quoted before the transition, and offered compensation for the mistake. After we came to an agreeance, the work was done within 3 days and looks great. They even took pictures of the work as it was being done to show me how they fixed my issue.
