Al is a very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He did a great job and actually put my mind at ease about my situation. I will definitely be calling him again in the future. I wish I could give ten star.
Very helpful in dealing with my rodent issue at my home. My rodent issue caused me a lot of anxiety and ALS would come typically within the same day that I called or even would fit me into a booked day to accommodate my request. They were quick and efficient and I had 2 different rodent issues they have handled. Highly recommend!
I called ALS a couple weeks ago to get rid of this nagging scratching noise I was hearing from my ceiling in my bedroom (of all places). I knew it wasn’t squirrels or anything flying, was pretty certain it was mice so I had Al come out for an inspection. He was timely, knowledgeable, and didn’t give off any creepy vibes (unfortunately this important to note for women nowadays!) A couple weeks passed after his initial review and yay! it had gotten pretty quiet! As suspected he did find some in my attic and they had gotten in through a busted roof screen.
