This place honestly showed me what true customer service is.. They were fast to answer the phone.. ask the right questions and even make sure I had a reference number so when I went into the store I was already ready to be taken care of.. they even took the time to explain to me in detail what I had to do to get the job at my residence done. Honestly one of the best stores I have been in a long time. I am BLOWN away with how kind they treated me.
This review is years overdue! Both original motors gave out on my hot tub years ago, first one, then the other. Took both to A1, they have outlasted the original manufacturers pumps by more than 2X!!!! They do awesome work and charge a reasonable price. Great company! ?
Unbeatable service and pricing. Needed AC fan motor for an older unit. They wrapped and ran motor wires to a dummy proof connector, and color coded capacitor terminals. The cost for all was less than lowest online price for just the fan motor. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend A1 Electric .
