We purchased and had Chappell's install a ductless central heating and air system in our home. There were the usual issues that come with working on a 120 year old house. Through all the issues Derek went above and beyond to help us get everything up and running. We couldn't be happier with our system. And to top it off their price was 2/3 the price of another company we received a quote from.
