He quoted a fair rough estimate to repair it, but also recommended that we are fine to just leave it alone, and will only really need to repair it if got worse, which is unlikely. That is a high level of integrity to recommend NOT doing a job when you have someone ready to write a check. “Contractor for LIFE.We were introduced to RDM services through a friend after they finished their basement. We asked them to bid on our upstairs renovation including a full bathroom, two bedrooms and bonus room. They crushed it. The entire process was a dream. The bid was reasonable. They were great at communicating and best of all they were respectful of the space. They cleaned up every day. The owners Rhett and Andy are very professional and very personable.
