Penny is absolutely the best to work with. I live in Florida and needed to order flowers for funeral in her area. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in placing the order. She assured me that the order would be delivered an hour prior to service and will send me a picture of the flowers....best customer service I've experienced in a very very long time. Thank you Penny...if I need flowers in the future you will be my first contact.

I live in New England and wanted to send flowers for a Sunday funeral service in Lewisport. Saturday afternoon, I called around to a number of different locations and they were either already closed, or did not deliver to Lewisport. Finally, I reached Cloverport Flower & Gift Shop, and Penny saved the day! She agreed to do the arrangement and even delivered it out of her way. The family told me that the arrangement is beautiful, and I am so pleased I was able to be "represented" at the services, even though I was unable to be there in person. Thank you, Penny, for your service - it meant so much to me.
