He was there at 8am the following morning (Christmas Eve) had the right part and was able to repair the shower for a very reasonable price. This company epaired my eight year old washer, it needed new rods due to the heavy vibrations during the spin cycles. So far, so good. Provided with a 90 day warranty, which is good. The service person was knowledgeable and courteous, and took payment by credit card and provided an online receipt. Hopefully, I won't need repair any time soon again, but if I do...I feel good that I can rely on them.
They don't tell you what you can and can't do. they do what they are asked. And do their best to give you what you want. And don't lie to you after the fact that they didn't do what you have asked. They are also fast.
