“We recently lost our Mom/Mom-In-Love, it is just my husband and I and having to make all these decisions in such a short amount of time, added even more stress. We sat down with Brittany in a private room to discuss flower arrangements. It was is if had known her forever! She welcomed us and sincerely showed how sorry she was for our loss. Brittany said, “tell me some things about your Mom and if I don’t seem like I’m listening, I am, I’m just picturing and designing in my head.” We told her just a few words and she stopped us right there and said, “I’ll be right back.” 5 minutes later she came back in and we were stunned with what came to her mind off a few simple words!!! Brittany knocked it out of the park! Once we approved the flowers she chose, we knew immediately we could trust her from there. With her guarantee not to worry, they would handle it and coordinate with the church to do the flowers and casket spread, we were still walking out speechless. How did a few simple words bring our Mom to life through flowers. It was her to a Tee! Viewing night came and all we had to do was show up. When we walked in, never in a million years could we have imagined such beautiful arrangements Like my husband said, “I know no one is perfect, but I would have to argue on this one”… and I agree!! This wasn’t just flowers, this was my mother-in-loves story all in one Words of gratitude can never thank Brittany and her team for such a beautiful and amazing tribute.
