It’s been over a month still do not have my taxes told it will be another two weeks and they act as though they don’t care about there customers. will not be going back to this company. I was told 2 weeks I would have them back when I filed. Also they don’t call to update you an apologize for there inconveniences. Don’t not recommend.

Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. They fell behind on so many tax dates as well as making payments to IRS which caused big late fees often. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. When I mention it to local attorneys they say that MANY local businesses experience the same.

We had a 1 pm appointment and we left at 2:20 without seeing the accountant. The lady up front was very nice and got us written up but then we were ignored until we decided enough is enough. I'm not angry, just disappointed nobody would take the time to tell us why our appointment couldn't be kept. We have filed here for 6 or 7 years and this is not the first time something like this happens.
