Just bought our first motorhome and was the first trip in our 2012 Tiffin Phaeton. Second day on the road ... about 7 pm .. we broke down on the interstate. Found Matthew who came right out and diagnosed the problem. Alternator and missing Serpentine belt. 38 hrs later due to parts availability...Matthew had us up and running. Can't thank him enough! He was professional, polite and must of all...knew his stuff. Thank you so much Matthew.
