I called them on Monday and they were out the very next morning. I found some termites in our laundry room that was supposed to have been killed 2yrs ago by a different company when we bought the house. So I called these guys. From the initial phone call to the time they finished, these guys were VERY polite and personable. I watched this team of two inspect the entire house and found three places. They drilled and sprayed under, outside and inside of my entire house. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me.
