Dustin takes care of my 70+ year old parents heat and air . Prior to contacting him they had someone their all the time fixing stuff a 100 here and there it was silly . Dustin came out a couple years ago and was there 1 time they had no issues till the unit went out this year. He came out got it running showed them what was wrong and advised them to replace the unit. He quoted a great price on a good product and came back to install. The install job is great he fixed things that had been wrong for years and did so to guarantee years of service. He also registered the unit for them to ensure they were covered and it was done correctly. Just amazing service worth every penny you honestly get what you pay for and very trustworthy I know that he won't try to take advantage of them . Super friendly and super knowledgeable about the units. Dustin did a complete tear out and replaced outside unit and inside unit. Very clean looking work very professional. Always up to answer questions on things if you didn’t know. After completing the project Dustin went over everything with me and showed me how it worked. Solid Air has gained a customer for life. Thank you very much Dustin for the exceptional job you done and I’ll definitely spread the word on Solid Air if anyone I know needs service or a new install, you will be who I call.
