Highly recommend! When new network security requirements were released for our particular industry, we contacted Optech/Tj's MCS and they were able to quickly build a plan and began upgrading our entire company network (which includes 6 different business locations and 100+ pc's and voip phones) to meet the new federal requirements and improve overall performance and efficiency.
It is a great small business. Ran by only two people I believe. They are smart and know what they are doing. A while I went in for repairs and everything went well. You can also order parts through them too.
