Primary Eye Care Associates offers excellent care with state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Blair is experienced in treating patients with multiple health issues, including head trauma. He has helped patients improve their vision and provided understanding of how to cope with their condition. The staff is generally friendly, but some patients may have had a less-than-ideal experience with one staff member.
