Where is Bank customer service for over 30 years and they are exceptional. They have done an exceptional job taking care of our two German Shepherds over the years and now our two little kittens.
We moved here in September from South Carolina. Finding a great vet practice was my top priority. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Burlington Pet Hospital is wonderful. The front desk staff and techs are awesome! Dr. K really takes his time with both of my dogs and listens to all concerns and gives great feedback. They are all very patient with the dogs (as of course they’re a bit nervous being at a new vet). It’s a very personal experience every time I go. In the last several years my previous vet in SC had been bought out by a big corporation and I began just feeling like a number, not a client. We love both of the Kordenbrock's! Both are wonderful doctors and take the time to explain everything about your pet. They are very caring and I know my pets are in good hands with them.
