I called Cory on a Wednesday to have him replace my existing thermostat. He said he could do it on Friday - pretty quick since it is really hot right now & he is very busy with more important issues than a thermostat. He arrived at 5:00 & got it installed & running. I also asked him if he would mind checking my A/C while he was here. He didn’t hesitate to say he could. Checked it and found I was low on Puron. He filled it up at what I thought was a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend Cory and American Air for any HVAC needs. He is the owner of his business and I think small businesses are the best - they care about their work!

I called Cory to see if he could come out and look at my HVAC system that was not working last Friday morning. I had called several other companies that were all booked up for the day. Cory came out within an hour and had my unit up and running shortly after. He saved the weekend for us at the lake, as the night prior to him coming it was so hot in the house. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I've worked with Cory for over a year now on a new home in the Lake Cumberland area. He met with us and asked all the right questions about how we would use the home and what our priorities were related to HVAC. He recommend specific equipment that would provide superior heat in winter and AC in the summer but would also be energy efficient.Cory was extremely responsive at all times. His communication and response times to messages was truly unusually fast.The units were delivered and installed on time as promised. The workmanship installing was incredible.
