I’d like to personally thank Bluegrass for taking such great care of our family when we unfortunately had to euthanize our senior dog due to lymphoma. They were so kind and supportive, even giving him food that was meant for them as his last meal. The third party company who they do business with for cremations gave him a beautiful box, and did him justice. Bluegrass and their staff made this very difficult and trying time just a little bit easier.
I booked an appt day prior to my visit and was happy that they were able to see my guinea pig so fast. They handled her with care and took their time with her to make sure all issues were discovered so we could put her on the right track to recovery

We ended up taking our dog Loki to the emergency vet at 1 o'clock in the morning. He was having trouble breathing, refusing to eat/drink and had a hard stomach. The vet we took him to did a x ray but never showed us what it looked like but when my husband took Loki here for his appointment they did another x ray and found a mass the size of a cantaloupe by his spleen. They took my husband back and showed him what it looked like. They were such an amazing team. They went to prefom the surgery to get the mass out, he passed away and they started preforming cpr on him. They got him back with a faint heart beat but we told them it's okay to put him down so he's not in anymore...read full review
