The install of our replacements window was poorly done. You can hear where air is still getting in from the outside. During the below zero weather this past winter we woke up to ice on the inside of our window. They apparently did not caulkaround the outside of the window. We have tried calling multiple times asking if they could come back out to caulk to reduce the draft.Service: Window frame repair & replacement
