We were very disappointed and frustrated with the service we received from Steve. Not quite sure if he was overextended or what but , after paying him $1200 , he had been to the venue two times and met with my daughter, had booked rooms at three hotels in Paducah KY and emailed and texted with occasionally- although didn't get back in a timely manner a majority of the time. He later sent an email stating things she needed to do before the wedding and stated his remaining bill was $1200. My daughter complained and he responded with an email or text and stated that she was a young woman who knew what she wanted before he came into the picture. Umm, she was a bride... read full review
