the manager is kinda rude, and they always have my account messed up and don't put it oh hold so its months behind in payment and i have to complain to higher up people and they are way overpriced

When ordering a membership, there were a lot of hidden fees that were not explained to us, and several times we asked for a specific tanning bed only to get a different one. That was a lower level bed.

**Update Feb 2022 - Just ended Free Tan week with my 2nd trip within 7 days... Still very pleased with Sun Tan City employees and deals!! ?
Original review: This Sun Tan City is always clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I used to avoid the Campbell Ln location because they seemed to be busy all the time, rarely is the lobby empty of all customers, but moved to this side of town a year ago making it the most convenient option. I can honestly say I've not waited more than 5 minutes for a bed and that day it was pretty dang busy!
