They came back two months later to retarp a couple of places that had been torn up from more heavy winds. Justina sent paperwork to me and the insurance company in a timely manner. She texted or called me with any updates throughout the process. Jon took photographs and posted all the needed information to the insurance company. Jon made several phone calls and submitted paperwork to keep on top of the claim. It took nine months of negotiations but we were finally approved for a new roof and we have Eric Gill’s dedicated employees to thank. The roofing employees were respectful of our property when they replaced the roof and picked up and hauled away all the debris.
