“your technician came to my house last Wednesday without calling to see if anyone was home. He got no answer but said he did the outside but nothing on the inside. I texted him to please schedule a time when I would be home to come and do the inside. So far I have not gotten any response to that but have gotten a bill that the service was done. It is less than half done, just the outside
I have requested more than once that you always call to schedule service when I will be home. If this happens again I will change exterminators.“
