Mr. Rooter saved my day, bought a new fridge, had copper line and needed a new line, called all over for plumber, finally called Mr. Rooter and they were at my house within 5 min!!!! This was Friday, Labor Day weekend! The 2 employees were very professional and did the job quickly. Will definitely call them for any of my plumbing needs.
Had a valve failure on our hot water heater that caused a pretty significant leak from our drain line later in the evening and made the dreaded “after hours” call. Happy we chose Mr. Rooter! Very friendly staff taking the call. Our technician Jacob was friendly and informative. He took expert care in making sure we understood what problem we were seeing and the recommendations. Had the valve replaced and problems resolved within an hour of starting. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!
Joe, the service guy, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me everything he was going to do upfront. I would recommend this company above others we've used in the past.
