Went to er for chest pains on 2/9/23. Waited 4 hours to see a Dr. Went to reception desk and asked how long. They said it could be another 3 hours so I asked to leave and the receptionist said she could release me and I left and went home. Six months later I got a bill from Hillcrest collection agency for overdue balance I knew nothing about and am trying yet to resolve. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

This is the worst Hospital. I’m 17 week’s pregnant waited 4 hours to call me in . I waited in the room 1 hour for the Dr never show up i told the nurse i was leaving she says i had to sign a paper the Dr Told her it was fine i could leave. I got to the hospital at 9 got out without seing a Dr at 2 am . They don’t care if you go there they just want the money ? with out taking care of the patients that Dr was so unprofessional if you don’t like the job just don’t be a Dr. I just hope everything is ok with my Baby.

I understand that the E.R. Is a very hectic place but the fact remains. That is what they are paid for. One and all need to treat each patient with respect . and let them know they are important. And they are doing everything they can to HELP.
