The place has a great, friendly atmosphere when you walk in. Janet is hilarious behind the desk. Sandy is a great knowledgeable person about fitness. No power lifters or intimidating people using the weights.
No peer pressure here. Great equipment with an excellent staff. Perfect for anyone over 50 who needs to keep moving. No long term contract. Cancel anytime. Great place to go. You always feel welcome there.
I love Live Active ! After retiring last year I visited several different facilities but this one is the perfect place and the one I decided on . The staff is wonderful, friendly and always so helpful. The exercise classes are so good and the group circuit training is one of my favorite things . I highly recommend Live Active.
