I used Keen Roofing to replace my roof after it was damaged in the big hail-storm May 2019. I didn’t realize the extent of the damage until a another out of area company pulled up in front of my house and offered a free inspection. They said that there was considerable damage but because they were not form the Bowling Green area, I didn’t ask for an estimate. I made the mistake of going to my insurance company before contacting Chris from Keen Roofing. The initial adjustor came back with a low-ball estimate. This started a running battle with the insurance company. With the help of Chris, I was able to obtain a reasonable settlement from my insurance. Bottom line I would recommend you contact Chris before you try to deal with your insurance company. Keen Roofing replaced my roof and did an excellent job. The did everything promised and did a great and timely job. I recommend Chris, and Keen Roofing, they do great work and will help work with your insurance company if you are going that route.
