Its year two of having them with my new construction home. I had a capacitor go bad on the heat pump.You want a company that you can trust , they are the one. My 1st year with the new home. I had issues with cooling both levels. Well they discovered that both units never got the proper fills of freon from the builders HVAC installer.Hurts my choice hands down, i trust them with All my HVAC needs.
Had a outside unit on one of the below zero days to not work. Chad came out that afternoon....and got it to at least run to keep the pipes from freezing. Ordered parts (warranty from another brand) and got it going today. Prompt, professional, affordable...not our go to guy for HVAC.
Woke up to the fan on the outside unit not working. Thought for sure the fan motor was shot and I was about to spend a few hundred dollars. Chad showed up and within minutes said it was a capacitor and had me up and running in no time! Very trustworthy and if I could give 10 stars I would!
