Excellent experience. I was told by another outfit I needed a new unit and it couldn’t be fixed. Jake came to the house and easily fixed it and was honest about what I needed and what I didn’t need. I’ll only use these guys from now on.
Even though Greenwood schedule was full until over a week, Alan squeezed me in & went above & beyond to get my hvac running. Older customers with nobody to help can be assured they’re taken care of.
We have used Greenwood for years and always have a great experience. Just want to highlight our recent service call. Jake went above and beyond in handling our repair. He explained everything so well and despite the late hour, stayed on the job until we had AC! I would definitely recommend them.
