Repair lasted less than a week, went back in and wasn't offered any kind of discount. They were going to charge the full price for same repair again. Customer service wasn't very friendly.

Note: before today, I've never had a bad experience with Geek Squad!I came in without an appointment to see about my laptop battery which I didn't think would take 5 minutes. While I was there, the guy helping me commented on how long it was taking my laptop to start up and started telling me that my hard drive was most likely going bad. Fine, great, but then he suggested that I upgrade to an Apple computer to which I firmly denied. He once again said I should upgrade and I said no once again because of price. He ONCE AGAIN said I should upgrade because PCs and Macs are apparently the same price now (his example was a $700 pc vs a $1000 Mac) to which I finally said that...read full review
