His quality and service is unbeatable. They crew worked from sun up to sun down. Then returned the following morning to clean up the work area. To anyone in the Bowling Green area needing residential roofing work, I cannot express smoothly the process went with Eric Gill Roofing. I had damage from the March 2023 storms, and they were fast and efficient at coming out to assist with emergency tarps, they were easy to keep in touch with via text messages, and when I got the call that they would be showing up to work - they showed up, and I can’t believe how much they got done, without sacrificing quality. The crew that came to my home replaced my entire roof in two days. They were respectful of landscaping, security cameras, fenced off areas, and not blocking access to my property. They finished late on a Saturday night, and on Monday morning at 6 am, were on the property getting the last of their things and doing a final walk through. At 7 am, I got a call from the owner of the company asking about how the job looked, and if I had any problems. In full transparency, I had two places on my gutters that had been bumped by shingles. I took photos and text them to him, and by noon that Monday, he himself came out to repair the two areas, and he text a follow up to make sure I was okay with the repairs, and I was. Monday afternoon, his office employee called to schedule a time to come out, see the roof, and meet with me on billing, and was very flexible to work with my schedule. On Tuesday morning, one of the crew managers called me to ask if he could come out and walk the site, check the roof, and also inspect clean up. How could I not feel reassured that the company cares about it’s work, when there’s such good follow up! Bowling Green has had it’s share of weather related disasters, and roofing has been in high demand the last few years. For me to literally have reached out on the day of another record setting storm, and to be as efficient as they were through the whole process, I cannot recommend this company enough.
